### Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragserfassung bis zum Abschluss
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen sowie Bestelländerungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Gutschriften und Belastungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Logistik zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten, einschließlich der Betreuung der Telefonzentrale
  • Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Themen sowie der Bearbeitung kundenspezifischer Anfragen

### QUALIFIKATION

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
