Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenkommunikation telefonisch oder in elektronischer Form
  • Angebotserststellung und Nachbearbeitung
  • Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen zu Kundenanforderungen (Logistik, IT, Buchhaltung)
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retourenmanagement
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Einkauf

Ihr Profil: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte und zielorientiert Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude am kundenorientierten Arbeiten
