Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Auftragsstatus
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel- und Preisdaten
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Lager und Logistik
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und lösungsorientierte Klärung von Kundenanliegen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktionen und der Einführung neuer Produkte

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Großhandel oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten am Telefon
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
