IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Bestandspflege von Verträgen, Vertragsverwaltung
  • telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Kundenberatung
  • ordnungsgemäßes Führen und Pflegen der Kundendaten
  • allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten

IHR PROFIL

  • eine abgeschlossene fachbezogene Berufsausbildung, z.B. Versicherungsfachfrau bzw. Versicherungsfachmann oder Bankkauffrau bzw. Bankkaufmann m/w/d
  • idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb / Dienstleistungsmanagement
  • kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • analytische Denkweise
  • Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • sicherer Umgang mit der gängigen Standardsoftware unter Windows Office
