✔ Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Bestellungen & Anrufe auf Niederländisch
✔ Kompetente Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen und Lösungsfindung
✔ Koordination logistischer Anliegen für reibungslose Abläufe
✔ Telefonische Kundenbetreuung als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner
✔ Produktberatung und Unterstützung im Verkauf (telefonisch)
✔ Aufnahme von Reklamationen, Weiterleitung und Begleitung der Lösung
✅ Ihr Profil:
✔ Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Groß- & Außenhandel, Büromanagement) oder einschlägige Erfahrung im Customer Service
✔ Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ kommunikativ, teamfähig, freundlich am Telefon
✔ Niederländisch & Deutsch sicher in Wort & Schrift
✔ belastbar, zuverlässig und einsatzbereit
