  • Sie haben Freude an der Kundenkommunikation und möchten Vertriebsprozesse von der Angebotserstellung bis zur internationalen Lieferung begleiten?
  • Für ein Unternehmen aus dem Event- und Gastronomieumfeld im Raum Wiesbaden suchen wir einen Vertriebsinnendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d). Freuen Sie sich auf eine vielseitige Position mit internationalen Kundenkontakten, eigenständiger Auftragsabwicklung und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Operations.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Kunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Komplette Auftragsabwicklung von der Annahme und Prüfung bis zur internationalen Lieferung
  • Betreuung und Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten sowie Dokumentation der Aktivitäten im CRM-/ERP-System
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Operations

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Outlook, sowie Erfahrung mit CRM- oder ERP-Systemen
  • Verständnis für Vertriebs- und Kundenprozesse im Pre-, At- und After-Sales-Service
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgab
