Für unseren Kunden in Ravensburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst(m/w/d) / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d).

Diese spannenden Aufgaben kommen auf Dich zu:

  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für zugeteilten Kundenstamm
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Annahme von Kundenanfragen
  • Auftragsbearbeitung inklusiver Erstellung der erfolderlichen Dokumenten
  • Reklamations- und Retourenbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung der Außendienstmitarbeitern

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (wie z.B. Industriekaufmann und Bürokauffrau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, da regelmäßiger Kontakt zu Kunden
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
