Perspektive. Aufgaben Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen Abstimmung und
Überwachung der Liefertermine Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und
Versandfreigabe Erstellung von Rechnungen inklusive der Versandpapiere
Abrechnung von Rücklieferungen und Erstellung von Gutschriften
Führen eines Ablagesystems innerhalb der gesetzlichen Fristen
Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten Profil Eine
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare
Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst Vertriebs- und
serviceorientiertes Handeln Kommunikationsstärke und
Begeisterungsfähigkeit Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und idealerweise
erste SAP Kenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind
