  • Strategische und operative Leitung des Vertriebs der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender OEM-Kunden und Key Accounts
  • Neukundenakquise und Business Development in der Automotive-Zulieferindustrie
  • Gewinnung neuer Kundenprojekte und Erschließung zusätzlicher Geschäftspotenziale
  • Steuerung von RFQs, Ausschreibungen, Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Führung von Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Koordination der standortübergreifenden Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Produktion und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie
  • Regelmäßige Kunden- und Standortbesuche
  • Studium in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL / Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung; alternativ eine entsprechende technische oder kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung in der Automotive-Zulieferindustrie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im OEM-Geschäft und Key Account Management
  • Erfahrung in Neukundenakquise, Business Development und Projektgewinnung
  • Kenntnisse in RFQs, Angebotskalkulation sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Technisches Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse; Kenntnisse in Stanztechnik, Umformtechnik, Karosserie- oder Strukturteilen sind von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten auf Kunden- und Managementebene
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
