### Zur Unterstützung und zum Ausbau unseres Servicegeschäftes suchen wir Sie für unsere Niederlassung in Köln, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als:

# Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) für Serviceverträge

## Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Durchführen von Marktanalysen und Analysen zu Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Akquise von Neukunden sowie Pflege von Bestandskunden
  • Kalkulation und Erstellung von Vertragsangeboten für Serviceverträge
  • Technische Bewertung von Aufzugsanalagen
  • Nachverfolgung der Angebote sowie eigenverantwortliche Vertragsverhandlung mit dem Kunden
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen
  • Systemseitige Pflege von Kundendaten

## Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metallbau oder Elektronik, oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Erfahrung in Vertrieb von Serviceverträgen, Montage oder Service wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Aufzugsbau sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hoher Qualitätsanspruch und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Serviceorientierte Denkweise runden Ihr Profil ab
