  • Gestaltung und Koordination der vertriebsrelevanten Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Neuaufbau- und Durchführung des Vertriebscontrollings
  • Angebotskalkulation und -erstellung
  • Organisation und Umsetzung von Vertriebsprojekten und -aktionen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Produkt- und Dienstleistungsentwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen

### Stellenanforderung

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder einen vergleichbaren Bildungsabschluss mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Vertriebsorientiertes und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten
  • Innovationsfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Souveränität, Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung
