Wir suchen für ein namhaftes Unternehmen aus der Maschinenbaubranche mit Sitz in Verl für den nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Vertriebsmitarbeiter Ersatzteilservice (m/w/d)

  • Was Sie erwartet:
  • Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilanfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen für unsere Profilbearbeitungsanlagen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu Ersatzteilanfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferscheinen über unser ERP-System
  • Termingerechte Zusammenstellung und Lieferung von maschinenspezifischen Ersatzteilen
  • Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion, der Serviceleitung sowie dem Versand/Lager und dem Einkauf
  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Mindestens abgeschlossene Maschinenbauausbildung (z.B. Industriemechaniker / Mechatroniker) mit Berufserfahrung, ggf. Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische und selbstverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen (Mail, Word, Excel, ERP)
