Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in Frechen, für die interne Stellenbesetzung in der Niederlassung.

Deine Leidenschaft im Vertrieb:

  • Vertrieb – Aktive Gewinnung sowie telefonische und persönliche Betreuung neuer und bestehender Kundenunternehmen und Aufbau eines eigenen Kundennetzwerkes
  • Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung / Vertragsmanagement – Du planst und betreust Personaleinsätze und verhandelst und erstellst selbstständig Angebote
  • Führung – Du bist zuständig für die wertschätzende Betreuung und Bindung von Mitarbeitern im Kundeneinsatz und schätzt unsere Werte

Deine Qualifikation für den Vertrieb:

  • Quereinsteiger/in, Hochschulabsolvent/in oder Kaufleute im Bürowesen sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Personalführung sind wünschenswert – keine Voraussetzung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eine Teamplayer Mentalität und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz runden Dein Profil ab
