Der Unternehmensbereich smart buildings unterstützt unsere Handwerkskunden bei allen Themen rund um die smarte Gebäudetechnik – von Planung über Beschaffung bis zur Installation.

Dafür suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst* (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden sowohl persönlich in unserem Kundencenter als auch telefonisch kompetent betreut.

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Aktiver Verkauf unseres Produktsortiments sowie Entwicklung passender Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen
  • Erstellung, Kalkulation und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Annahme, Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst zur optimalen Kundenbetreuung und Projektabwicklung
  • Kommissionierung und Ausgabe von Waren an Kunden
  • Einlagerung angelieferter Ware sowie versandfertige Verpackung der Produkte
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren und Gutschriften
  • Dein Profil als Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst* (m/w/d)
  • Eine elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischen Kenntnissen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit elektrotechnischen Kenntnissen
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse über elektrotechnische Produkte (Netzwerktechnik/ Installationsmaterial/ Gebäudetechnik)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
