Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
  • Datenpflege im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Buchhaltung und Disposition

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sicherer Umgang mit Kunden
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Lernbereitschaft
