Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Terminüberwachung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik
  • Neukundenakquise
  • Regelmäßige Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
