Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder in der Auftragssachbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Office-Programmen sowie Anwenderkenntnisse in einem CRM-System
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Eigeninitiative, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und verfügen über eine selbständige Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden steht für Sie an oberster Stelle
  • Ausarbeitung und Kalkulation von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst und Technik
  • Beraten und informieren von Kunden
  • Klärung, Vorbereitung von Anfragen/Bestellungen vor der finalen Erfassung
  • Rechnungserstellung und Stammdatenpflege
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
