Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst See- und Luftfracht (m/w/d)

Ihre Mission:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden im Bereich See- und Luftfracht
  • Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Dokumentation im CRM-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Kunden und Geschäftsfelder
  • Nachverfolgung von Anfragen und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Vertriebsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice, vorzugsweise im Logistikbereich
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich See- und Luftfracht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Speditionssoftware von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
