Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung durch InovaHR e.K. suchen wir einen engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) zur Festeinstellung für ein etabliertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen in der Region.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Akquise von Mandanten durch aktive Weiterempfehlung eines festgelegten Kundenkreises
  • Dienstleistungspräsentation sowie Datenerfassung bei Neukunden
  • Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen und die Bestimmung der Konditionen mit Neukunden
  • Ausbau und Pflege der Kundendatenbank mit Hilfe interner Software

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Vertrieb
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb sowie Erfahrung bei der Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Argumentationsstärke, sowie ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Eigeninitiative sind Ihre absolute Stärken
  • Kontaktfreude, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und überzeugendes Auftreten zeichnet Sie aus
  • Ein Herz und Händchen für Vertrieb, Verkauf und Beratung
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen sowie CRM-Systemen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
