Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die Neukunden gewinnt, Bestandskunden betreut und gemeinsam mit unserem Kreativ- und Strategieteam Projekte zum Abschluss bringt.

Aufgaben

  • Neukundenakquise und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Analyse von Kundenbedarf und Entwicklung passender Kommunikationslösungen
  • Selbstständige Führung von Kundengesprächen und Präsentationen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
  • Angebotserstellung und Vertragsabschluss
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativ- und Strategieteam

Anforderungen

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in Agentur, Marketing oder Kommunikation
  • Verständnis für unternehmerische Denkweisen und Entscheidungsprozesse
  • Überzeugungskraft und sicheres Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, methodische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zielorientierung und Resilienz
