Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten und kommunikationsstarken Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Kundenakquise, dem Recruiting von Fachkräften, der Kundenbetreuung sowie der Vermittlung unserer Dienstleistungen .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Telefonische und persönliche Akquise von Geschäftspartnern und Kunden
  • Durchführung von Recruiting-Prozessen , inkl. Auswahl und Vermittlung geeigneter Kandidaten
  • Pflege von Kontaktdaten und Dokumentation im CRM-System

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Recruiting oder in der Personaldienstleistung von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen
