Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst m/w/d in Vollzeit 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung im ERP-System
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst, Produktion und Logistik
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Beratung der Kunden am Telefon
  • Planung und Festlegung der Liefertermine (Kundenspezifisch)
  • Warenbestandsführung / Analyse / Bestellvorgang auslösen
  • Berechnung / Eingabe der Maße für die Produktionslinie
  • Erstellung von Produktionsaufträgen anhand des firmeneigenen Werkstattzettels
  • Bearbeitung von Transportschäden / Dokumentation / Kommunikation mit der Spedition und dem Kunden / Erstellung der Haftbarhaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung oder Außendienst wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
