Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst , der unsere Kunden kompetent betreut und den Vertrieb aktiv mitgestaltet.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden aus dem Verlags- und Agenturumfeld sowie Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Druckaufträge und Verlagsprodukte
  • Koordination mit der Druckvorstufe, Produktion und Logistik
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen und Messen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich Druck, Medien oder Verlag
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
