Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertrieb-Teams in Sembach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Innendienst in TZ für unsere Schwerpunkte in der ganzheitlichen Bürokommunikation.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • erste Erfahrung in der Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • ausgeprägte Argumentationsstruktur und Überzeugungskraft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Office-Anwendungen

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • aktive Erstansprache von Neukunden
  • aktive telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Beratung
  • Upselling und und Crossselling von Bestandskunden
  • Angebotserstellung , Auftragsannahme und Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenbedürfnissen
