Zusätzlich bieten wir ein breites Sortiment im Bereich Ladungssicherung wie Zurrgurte, Zwischenwandverschlüsse, Klemmbalken, Kantenschoner und Antirutschmatten, sowie Werkzeuge, Arbeitsschutz, Pflegemittel, Schmierstoffe und alles Weitere rund um das Fahrzeug.

Unser umfangreicher Onlineshop bietet Artikel vieler Hersteller. Unser Ladengeschäft mit dem umfangreichen Lager befindet sich in der Daimlerstr. 1 in D-48599 Gronau.

Zu unseren Kunden weltweit zählen neben Privatkunden u. a. auch Exporteure, Importeure, Fahrzeugteilegroß- und Einzelhändler, Fahrzeugbauer, Speditionen, Werkstätten, Baubetriebe, Industriebetriebe, Verwaltungen und Behörden.

Zur Stärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten und kundenorientierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter (M/W/D) im Innendienst im Bereich NFZ-Ersatzteile.

Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort/telefonisch/per E-Mail Online-Shop.
  • Sämtliche Aufgaben vom Erstellen des Angebotes bis zur Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bearbeitung Kundenreklamation
  • Führen von Verkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Strategische Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen

Ihr Profil:

  • kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung, gerne auch Quereinsteiger
  • Berufserfahrung im NFZ-Branche von Vorteil
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • gute Kenntnisse MS-Office Anwendung
