Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Operationsmanager für Distribution und Verwaltung in unserem traditionellen Spargelbetrieb in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Wir sind ein traditioneller Spargelbetrieb, der sich auf die Direktvermarktung hochwertiger Spargelprodukte spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Bereiche Organisation, Distribution und Verwaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Distribution und Verwaltung unserer Verkaufsstände
  • Akquise von Standorten für Verkaufsstände, insbesondere auf Parkplätzen vor Supermärkten und öffentlichen Plätzen
  • Personal-Recruiting für unsere Verkaufsstände
  • Bewerberauswahl und -kommunikation
  • Einstellung und Onboarding von Verkaufspersonal
  • Einsatzplanung der Verkäufer, sodass unsere Verkaufsstände zu den Öffnungszeiten immer abgedeckt sind
  • Personalbedarfsplanung und -akquise für unsere Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Lebensmitteleinzelhändlern für die Verkaufsstände

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben einen Background im Handel oder Hotel z.B. als Hotelbetriebswirt, Betriebswirt Handel, Handelsfachwirt, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Logistiker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstständigkeit in der Arbeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Direktvermarktung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten
  • Gerne Erfahrung in der Akquise von Standorten für Verkaufsstände
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Geschäftspartnern
