Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Neukundenakquise , der neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten erkennt, Kunden begeistert und aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens beiträgt.

## Das bringst Du mit:

[ ] Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

[ ] Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Neukundenakquise

[ ] Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft

[ ] Spaß am Kundenkontakt und am Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen

[ ] Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

## Das ist Dein Job:

[ ] Aktive Identifikation und Gewinnung von Neukunden im B2B-Bereich

[ ] Telefonische, digitale und persönliche Akquise potenzieller Kunden

[ ] Vereinbarung und Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen

[ ] Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

[ ] Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen

[ ] Präsentation unserer Dienstleistungen bei Interessenten und Entscheidern

[ ] Dokumentation und Pflege von Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM-System

[ ] Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen und dem Vertriebsinnendienst

[ ] Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
