  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und Aufträge und erstellst Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Rechnungen.
  • Du führst Beratungsgespräche mit Kunden – telefonisch und online.
  • Du unterstützt den Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch eine professionelle und serviceorientierte Betreuung.
  • Du pflegst Kunden- und Stammdaten in unserer Unternehmenssoftware und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität.
  • Je nach deinen Stärken und Interessen kannst du deinen Aufgabenbereich aktiv mitgestalten und schrittweise erweitern.
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)), gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt oder Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen
