  • Für unseren Kunden suchen wir mehrere Vertriebsmitarbeiter im telefonischen Direktvertrieb (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Im Fokus steht der aktive Vertrieb von Privatkreditlösungen über vorqualifizierte Leads. Die Position bietet eine 38-Stunden-Woche sowie ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld im Vertriebsteam.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Vertriebsmitarbeiter Outbound Sales Bank / Versicherung (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aktive telefonische Ansprache von Leads im Bereich Privatkredit
  • Telefonischer Direktverkauf von Kreditlösungen und Finanzprodukten
  • Bedarfsermittlung, Beratung und überzeugende Produktplatzierung im Kundengespräch
  • Nachverfolgung von Kontakten sowie strukturierte Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit im Vertriebsteam in einem offenen Büro- und Kommunikationsumfeld
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erfahrung im Banken- oder Versicherungsumfeld ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Vertriebsaffinität sowie Freude an aktiver Telefonie und direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Outbound Sales, Telefonvertrieb, Direktvertrieb oder Call-Center-Vertrieb
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernbereitschaft und hohe Abschlussorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Vollzeitposition mit 38 Wochenstunden
  • Einstieg in ein vertriebsstarkes Umfeld rund um Privatkredite und Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Arbeit in einem kleinen Team mit ca. 3–5 Kollegen im Großraumbüro
  • Persönliche Betreuung und Begleitung durch die DIS AG während des gesamten Einsatzes
