Sie werden in unserer DEVK-Geschäftsstelle in Stralsund eingesetzt und arbeiten dort eng mit dem Agenturleiter und seinem Team zusammen. Für die Betreuung unserer Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Vertriebsmitarbeiter/Sales Manager (m/w/d) im Außendienst

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Individuelle Betreuung unserer langjährigen Privat- und Geschäftskunden in allen Versicherungsfragen
  • Ausbau unseres Bestandes durch die Gewinnung neuer Kunden, jedoch keine Kaltakquise!
  • Aktive regelmäßige Ansprache Ihrer Bestandskunden zum Aufbau dauerhafter Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Nutzung unserer Angebote des DEVK-Campus
  • Organisation und Administration der Geschäftsstelle
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Versicherungsfachmann/frau oder Kaufmann/frau (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen
  • Organisationstalent mit Vertriebsaffinität
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Lernbereitschaft und hohe Auffassungsgabe
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
