Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, innovatives Pflanzenhandelsunternehmen und gehören zu den größten Containerbaumschulen Europas. In insgesamt sechs spezialisierten Betriebsteilen, davon einer in den Niederlanden, kultivieren wir wertvolle Laub-, Nadel- und Obstgehölze, Rhododendren, Rosen, und Gräser. Das machst du bei uns:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Abteilungsleitung bei der Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Betreuung von Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Übernahme vielfältiger organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Vertriebsalltag sowie fachliche Begleitung der Verkaufsware

  • Offenheit für neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen
  • Idealerweise gärtnerische Berufserfahrung in Produktion oder Vertrieb
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Freundliches, sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
