### Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenservice auf allen Kanälen : Ob telefonisch, persönlich oder per E-Mail – du bist das Gesicht (und die Stimme) unseres Unternehmens und sorgst dafür, dass Kund:innen sich rundum wohlfühlen.
  • Koordination : Du behältst alle Fäden in der Hand, organisierst Sendungen und sicherst einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Angebote & Ausschreibungen : Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote, kümmerst dich um Reporting und bearbeitest Ausschreibungen souverän.
  • Reklamationsmanagement : Bei Problemen bist du die erste Anlaufstelle, suchst nach Lösungen und sorgst damit für dauerhafte Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Branchenfokus LEH : Deine Kund:innen kommen überwiegend aus der LEH-branche – sowohl national als auch international.

### Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung : Du hast deine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb gesammelt.
  • Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative : Du arbeitest selbständig und erfolgreich im Team – eine unschlagbare Kombination.
  • Sprachbegabt : Deutsch beherrschst du fließend, und in Englisch fühlst du dich ebenfalls sicher.
  • IT-Know-how : Mit MS Office kannst du locker umgehen, und idealerweise bringst du noch weitere Software-Skills mit.
