  • Aufgaben ✓ Eigenständige Akquise potenzieller Kunden und Bedarfsanalyse✓ Einstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten bis zum Vertragsabschluss✓ Betreuung und Onboarding von Neukunden einschließlich Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses✓ Durchführung von Qualitätsanrufen sowie Unterstützung in der Start- und Betreuungsphase✓ Annahme und Koordination von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service✓ Qualifizierung und Ausbau von Leads sowie Teilnahme an vertriebsrelevanten Veranstaltungen und Schulungen✓ Pflege, Kontrolle und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in den Sales Tools
  • Stärken ✓ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen✓ Erfahrung in der Logistik von Vorteil und idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb✓ Gute Ausdrucksweise und Kommunikationsgeschick✓ Selbständiges, systematisches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten✓ Unternehmerisches und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln✓ Freundliches, positives Auftreten mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft✓ Sichere Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Produkte (insbes. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
