Für unseren Standort in Köln suchen wir ab sofort eine/n

Vertriebssachbearbeiter/in im Innendienst (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört unter anderem:

  • die Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • der Vertrieb unserer Produkte
  • das Bearbeiten von Anfragen, die Angebotserstellung inklusive eigenständiger Kalkulation
  • die selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung
  • die Unterstützung der Reklamationssachbearbeitung
  • die Bestandskontrolle

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
