Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Niederlassung im Innendienst
  • Angebots- und Auftragserstellung sowie deren Nachverfolgung und Überwachung (z.B. Lieferzeiten)
  • Reklamationsmanagement im Bereich Miete und Service
  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen und Gewährleistungsanträgen
  • Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM System
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Auftragsabwicklung in SAP S/4HANA
  • Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Eigenständiges, strukturiertes und verlässliches Arbeiten
  • Fit im Umgang mit MS Office, CRM und Fitrent in SAP S/4HANA
