Unser Auftraggeber ist ein renommierter Mittelständler im Raum Schwäbisch Hall / Hohenlohe, der auf die Entwicklung und Fertigung hochqualitativer induktiver Bauelemente spezialisiert ist.

Wir suchen hier zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt einen Vertriebssachbearbeiter\ * in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden von der Erstanfrage bis zum Auftragseingang
  • Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote sowie zuverlässige Abwicklung der Kundenaufträge
  • Systematische Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundenstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellenbereichen Einkauf, Fertigung, Logistik und Buchhaltung
  • Koordination von Kundenterminen sowie Vorbereitung und Versendung von Unterlagen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Kenntnisse im Zollwesen
  • gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse gewünscht
  • PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes von Vorteil
