Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienstes im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege von Kunden und Stammdaten im ERP System

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP Systemen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an teamorientierter Zusammenarbeit
