  • º Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • º Abklärung und Planung von Aufträgen sowie Auftragsanlage
  • º Erstellung von Preislisten und Preisabschlüsse im vorgegebenen Rahmen
  • º Kontrolle von Fakturen
  • º Erstellung von Mahnvorschlägen
  • º Bedarfsplanung und Auswertungen
  • º Organisation der Versandadministration
  • º Mitwirkung bei Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten
  • º Weiterleitung von Produktanforderungen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche
  • º Pflege von Kundeninformationen (CCIC) und ETIM-Daten
  • Ihr Profil
  • º Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, HAS, HAK oder
  • vergleichbar)
  • º Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Kundenbetreuung - idealerweise im
  • industriellen oder technischen Umfeld - von Vorteil
  • º Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • º Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • º Strukturierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
