Die REISS Kälte Klima GmbH ist eines der führenden Großhandelsunternehmen in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Linz suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den kaufmännischen Vertriebsinnendienst.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme, -erfassung und -abwicklung im ERP-System
  • Angebotserstellung & Nachverfolgung
  • Telefonische & persönliche Kundenbetreuung
  • Unterstützung bei der Lagerlogistik und Kommissionierung
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Kundenservice
  • Idealerweise technisches Verständnis, HKLS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit & hohe Kundenorientierung
