Für die Betreuung unserer exklusiven Ferienappartementhäuser in Grömitz suchen wir ab sofort

Verwalter/in (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit (ca. 20h / Woche).

  • Vermietung der Appartements
  • Buchungsbestätigungen
  • Gäste empfangen, einweisen, Schlüssel übergeben
  • Nebenkosten- bzw. Mietabrechnung mit den Gästen (auch Kurtaxe)
  • Beaufsichtigung der Reinigung der Gästezimmer und sonstigen Einrichtungen
  • Handtücher in den Appartements wechseln
  • Überwachung der Handwerker nach Absprache
  • Erfahrung in Ferienhotellerie oder Vermietung von Ferienappartements
  • Ortskenntnisse
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
