Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Hausmeisterservice Ospel suchen wir eine Hausverwalter/ Immobilienverwalter / Objektbetreuer/ Immobilienkaufmann-/frau (m/w/d) für die Verwaltung von Miet- und WEG-Objekten in Vollzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Miet- und Eigentumsobjekten
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Hausmeistern, Handwerksfirmen, Versicherungen, sowie sonstigen Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Vorbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen und Beiratssitzungen
  • Planung, Beauftragung Koordination von Reparaturen und Instandhaltung- bzw. Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Erfassung Meldung und Verfolgung von (Gewährleistungs-) Mängel und Versicherungsschäden
  • Objektbegehungen und Steuerung notweniger Maßnahmen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über eine Berufsausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/- frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Miet- oder Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung oder über ein Studium in einer Immobilienwirtschaft.
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Anwendungen und EDV im Allgemeinen
  • Anwendungskenntnisse zu Immoware24 vorteilhaft
  • PKW- Führerschein (zu Beginn der Tätigkeit Nutzung des eigenen PKWs gegen Kostenerstattung durch uns (circa 1x Woche) - später kann ein Dienstfahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt werden)
