# Wir suchen eine/n Verwaltungsfachangestellte/n in Teilzeit für unsere Niederrhein-Therme

Schwerpunkt deiner Aufgaben sind:

  • Erfassung aller Ein- und Ausgaben
  • Rechnungsbearbeitung und Freigabe über DATEV
  • Rechnungsstellungen
  • Liquiditätsüberwachung
  • Zuarbeiten Jahresabschluss inkl. Inventurbearbeitung
  • Kassenabrechnungskontrolle

Anforderungen an deine Person:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in DATEV wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • freundliches Auftreten
  • sorgfältiges und gewissenhafte Arbeiten
