Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Begleitung, Förderung und Aufbau der pfarrlichen Caritasarbeit
  • Kontakt und Schnittstelle zwischen Caritas und Pfarre
  • Bildungsarbeit für ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter*innen und Interessierte in den Pfarren
  • Spirituelle Begleitung der ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen in den Pfarren
  • Verbindung zur Pastoral
  • Kommunikation, Einbindung und Vernetzung innerhalb der Caritas

Was wir erwarten:

  • Pastorale, theologische oder soziale Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der pastoralen Arbeit von Vorteil
  • Kenntnis von kirchlichen und sozialen Strukturen in NÖ
  • Identifikation mit Caritas-Werten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Organisations- und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Führerschein B

Was wir bieten:

  • Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in Gehaltsstufe 1 - Verwendungsgruppe III: € 3.319,40 bei 37 Wochenstunden.
  • Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und Betriebsvereinbarung.
