Wir suchen für das Sekretariat der Institutsleitung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

  • Verwaltungsmitarbeitende
  • Assistenz (m/w/d)
  • Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (39,8 Std./Wo.),
  • Vergütung bis EG 9a
  • in Anlehnung an TV-L Nds.
  • für allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben und als administrative Assistenz für die Institutsleitung
  • Koordination, Vorbereitung & Organisation von Sitzungen und Dienstreisen
