Wir sind eine moderne Physiotherapiepraxis im Herzen von Kehl. Unser Team aus 10 Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten behandelt Patientinnen und Patienten mit Krankengymnastik, Manueller Therapie, Lymphdrainage. Damit sich unser Team voll auf die Therapie konzentrieren kann, suchen wir Verstärkung für unsere Verwaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten, persönlich und am Telefon
  • Terminplanung und -koordination für das Therapeutenteam
  • Prüfung von Heilmittelverordnungen und Abrechnung mit gesetzlichen Krankenkassen, Privatpatienten und Selbstzahlern
  • Pflege der Patientendaten in unserer Praxissoftware
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Korrespondenz und Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung
  • Bestellung und Verwaltung von Praxisbedarf

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Ausbildung als MFA oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise mit Heilmittelabrechnung, ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und MS Office
  • Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Französischkenntnisse sind in unserer Grenzregion ein Plus
