Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) is a private, public-interest law firm offering rewarding work with a focus on disabled military veterans and their families, as well as a wide range of other individuals who have been denied life, health, and disability benefits.

CCK is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time attorney. In this role, you will represent veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces in appeals for VA disability benefits before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and other legal matters across multiple forums. You may also collaborate with other teams on cases involving different aspects of veterans law beyond appellate litigation.

Responsibilities Include:

• •Case record analysis, brief writing; and
• •Electronic filing of necessary documents and appeals.

Requirements

• •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• •Active admission to at least one State Bar

Experience:

Prior experience is not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• •Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
• •Advancement opportunities based on performance.
