Kalamazoo is a lively, welcoming city in southwest Michigan with a hometown feel. Here, you can enjoy:

Outdoors: the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail, the Kal-Haven Trail and nearby lakes

Arts & culture: downtown theater, live music and the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts

Why Pet Vet Family Pet Care Center

We’re a hospital that feels like family, with our team and our clients. We build each other up every day by showing respect and compassion and by leading by example. Our doctors and support team work together to care for pets, and we make shared decisions with owners about the course of treatment.

You’ll join a team of 3 veterinarians, 3 licensed veterinary technicians, 3 assistants, a practice manager, a front desk team and a groomer. As a small, family-owned network of practices, we offer strong resources and technology without the corporate feel or pre-set treatment plans.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently open Monday through Friday, and we’re looking for experienced doctors who want to help us extend our hours into the evenings and some Saturdays, while still working a four-day week. We’d welcome the opportunity to bring a new veterinarian on board.
