Esta es una posición laboral dentro de la empresa, con contrato indefinido , que incluye una ruta de desarrollo y acompañamiento a través de nuestro Programa Trainee PRO - Porcinos . Está dirigida a profesionales en Medicina Veterinaria o Zootecnia con experiencia en campo que quieran transformar su conocimiento de la operación en soluciones que aporten valor a los productores.

¿Cuál será tu propósito? ¿Qué harás?

Participar en actividades de campo junto a consultores senior, aportando observaciones, análisis y propuestas.

Analizar datos productivos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Rotar por áreas clave para comprender el negocio y su relación con las necesidades de los clientes.

Fortalecer tus habilidades técnicas y comerciales mediante experiencia práctica y mentoría.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Título profesional en Medicina Veterinaria o Zootecnia .

Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en campo, trabajando en granjas .

Bases técnicas en nutrición, producción o salud animal.

Capacidad de análisis y manejo de Excel.

Curiosidad, criterio e interés en construir una carrera en consultoría técnica comercial.

Contribuir progresivamente al análisis de información productiva y a la construcción de soluciones para nuestros clientes, combinando tu experiencia en campo con el conocimiento técnico y comercial que desarrollarás en el programa.
