Who We're Looking For

We are currently looking to hire a Veterinary Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented individual who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

Pay Range $22-$28/hr per hour DOE

Requirements:

• •At least 2 years of veterinary experience (highly preferred)
• •Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• •Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
• •Positive team player willing to continue to learn
• •Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
• •EzyVet computer software and in-house lab equipment experience are a plus!
