Set in acres of rolling woodland and picturesque grounds is our Faygate practice, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and within reach the South Downs National Park and stunning Jurassic coastline. We have an outstanding reputation for providing market-leading care to our patients and their owners, supported by a friendly and welcoming team.
We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon, preferably with a surgical bias and love for orthopaedics to join our dedicated, experienced, friendly and supportive team, where patient care is at the core. This well-equipped branch has digital radiography, dental radiography, multiparameter anaesthetic monitors, endoscopy and bronchoscopy, full lab equipment, CT and two theatres. The clinic provides a separate cat waiting area as well as separate cat and dog wards, plus an isolation facility. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years UK experience.
You’ll be joining a relatively new and restrctured but experienced, warm and supportive team committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement. As one of Medivet’s 24-hour centres, Faygate also plays a key role in our broader network, offering referral-level facilities and opportunities to work on complex and varied cases.

About you
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
